資料提供招請に関する公表 次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請し ます。 令和6年11月11日 国立大学法人北陸先端科学技術大学院大学 理事 河野 広幸 ◎調達機関番号 415 ◎所在地番号 17 ○第1号 １ 調達内容 (1) 品目分類番号 14 (2) 導入計画物品及び数量 知識創造支援システム 一式 (3) 調達方法 借入 (4) 導入予定時期 令和7年度1月以降 (5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件 Ａ 本システムは、以下のサブシステムから構成される。 ａ 人間行動分析サブシステム ｂ 生体計測サブシステム ｃ ３次元表現サブシステム Ｂ 人間行動分析サブシステムは以下の要件を満たすこと。 ａ 体育館および実験室の中での人間の行動を、様々な方法で観察・分析できる機能 を有すること。 Ｃ 生体計測サブシステムは以下の要件を満たすこと。 ａ 人体に関する各種のデータを計測し、コンピュータで解析するための装置を備 えること。 Ｄ ３次元表現サブシステムは以下の要件を満たすこと。 ａ コンピュータ内にある３次元データを基にして、立体模型を作成することがで きる装置を備えること。 E 全てのサブシステムに共通する要件 ａ 既存のPC及びネットワークに接続することが可能であること。 ｂ 全てのサブシステムは知識創造支援システムの一部として機能するため、お互 いに連携して働くためのインターフェースを有すること。 ｃ システムの障害時には即座に対応でき、安定な運用が可能であること。 ｄ それぞれのサブシステムにおいて、必要なプログラム開発支援キットを提供で きること。 ２ 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記１(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の 要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招 請する。 (1) 資料等の提供期限 令和6年12月12日17時00分（郵送の場合は必着のこと。） (2) 提供先 〒923－1292 石川県能美市旭台１－１ 北陸先端科学技術大学院大学総 務部会計課調達係長 中西 達也 電話0761-51-1109 ３ 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。 (1) 交付期間 令和6年11月11日から令和6年12月12日まで。 (2) 交付場所 上記２(2)に同じ。 ４ 説明会の開催 本公表に基づく導入説明会を開催する。 (1) 開催日時 令和6年11月18日14時00分 (2) 開催場所 北陸先端科学技術大学院大学ＪＡＩＳＴ国際セミナーハウス第１・２会議 室（又はオンライン開催） （オンライン開催の詳細は導入説明書交付時に別途案内する。） ５ その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変 更することがあり得る。 ６ Summary (1) Classification of the products to be procured : 14 (2) Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : Support System for Knowledge Creation 1 Set (3) Type of the procurement : Rent (4) Basic requirements of the procurement : Ａ This system consists of the following sub-systems: ａ A sub-system for analysis of human activities. ｂ A sub-system of bioinstrumentation. ｃ A sub-system for 3-dimensional expressions. Ｂ The sub-system for analysis of human activities must include the following contrivances and functions: ａ Functions for observing and analyzing human activities in the gymnasium and laboratories. Ｃ The sub-system of bioinstrumentation must include the following contrivances and functions: ａ Contrivances for measuring various biological data and computers for analyzing the biological data. Ｄ The sub-system for 3-dimensional expressions must include the following contrivances and functions: ａ Contrivances for making 3-dimensional mockups based on 3-dimensional data stored in computers. E All of the sub-systems must meet the following requirements: ａ The sub-systems must be able to connect to the existing PCs and networks. ｂ Each sub-system must be equipped with interfaces that enable each sub- system to cooperatively work with the others as a part of the total system. ｃ The system should guarantee the stable operation. Any troubles must be fixed immediately. ｄ Software development kits for all of the sub-systems must be provided.
