資料提供招請に関する公表 次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。 令和8年6月29日 国立大学法人東海国立大学機構 機構長 松尾 清一 ◎調達機関番号 415 ◎所在地番号 23 ○第２号－岐阜大学 １ 調達内容 （１） 品目分類番号 14 （２） 導入計画物品及び数量 学務情報システム 一式 （３） 調達方法 借 入 （４） 導入予定時期 令和10年10月以降 （５） 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件 A 学籍管理、教務管理（カリキュラム管理、成績管理等）の機能を中核とし、入試管理、シラ バス管理、授業料免除管理、奨学金管理、証明書発行、就職管理、健康管理、学修成 果の可視化が可能であること。また，多様な学務に関する業務を共通的、効率的に処理 するとともに、利用者（学生：約7,500人、教職員：約3,000人）に対して総合的に支援す るシステムであること。 B 現システムが保有する資源（データ）を継承するとともに、現システムと同等以上の機能 が実現できること。また、将来の機能拡充に対しても柔軟に対応できるシステムであるこ と。 C 本機構統合認証サービスにより学生及び教職員等を認証した上で，各利用者の属性に 応じた各種サービスを提供できるシステムであること。また，サービスによってはモバイル 環境及び多言語（日本語／英語）に対応したシステムであること。 Ｄ 保守体制、障害時の復旧体制が整備されており、定期点検等を除き、1年を通じての常 時運用が可能であること。また、納入後においてもその運用を十分に支援するとともに、 本システムに関する本学からの操作方法等の問い合わせに対応できること。 Ｅ 学内の他の情報システムとのデータ連携を図ることが可能であること。 Ｆ 本学キャンパス情報ネットワークを通じて、円滑な通信により各種サービスを提供し、か つ不正アクセスに対応する十分なセキュリティー機能、性能を有すること。 ２ 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記１（２）の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同 （５）の要 求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。 （１） 資料等の提供期限 令和 8年8月5日（水） 17時00分（郵送の場合は必着のこと。） （２） 提供先 〒501-1193 岐阜市柳戸１番１ 岐阜大学財務部経理第一課契約グループ（第三契約）係員 谷ノ上 皓太郎 電話 058-293-2663 ３ 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。 （１） 交付期間 令和 8年６月２９日から令和 8年８月５日まで （２） 交付場所 上記２（２）に同じ。 ４ 説明会の開催 本公表に基づく導入説明会を開催する。 （１） 開催日時 令和 8年7月21日（火） 13時00分 （２） 開催場所 岐阜大学 本部棟特別会議室（2F） ５ その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更する ことがあり得る。 ６ Summary （１） Classification of the products to be procured : 14 （２） Nature and quantity of the products to be leased : Information System for Academic Affairs 1 Set （３） Type of the procurement : leased （４） Expected date of the introduction : After October, FY2028 （５） Basic requirements of the procurement: A The system must have core functions for student registration and academic administration (including curriculum management and grade management), and must also support entrance exam management, syllabus management, tuition exemption management, scholarship management, certificate issuance, career services, health management, and the visualization of learning outcomes. Furthermore, the system must handle a wide range of academic affairs tasks in a standardized and efficient manner, while providing comprehensive support to users (approximately 7,500 students and 3,000 faculty and staff members). B The procuring system must inherit academic affair data from the current system and must perform to an equal or higher level than the current system. Furthermore, the procuring system must be sufficiently flexible to accommodate future functional expansion. C The system shall authenticate students, faculty, staff, and other authorized users through the institution’s user authentication infrastructure and provide various services based on user attributes. Furthermore, depending on the service, the system shall support mobile access and multilingual functionality (Japanese and English). D The maintenance and the restoration of the system must be well organized, and the system must be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, except during scheduled maintenance. The supplier must support the university staff and correspond to inquiry on operation of the system. E The system must be capable of data linkage with other information systems within the university.
