資料提供招請に関する公表 次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請し ます。 令和7年１2月1日 国立大学法人東京学芸大学 契約担当役 高橋 正敏 ◎調達機関番号 415 ◎所在地番号 13 ○第１号 １ 調達内容 (1) 品目分類番号 14 (2) 導入計画物品及び数量 ICT／情報基盤センター情報処理システム 一式 (3) 調達方法 借入 (4) 導入予定時期 令和7年度12月以降 (5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件 本システムはICT／情報基盤センター、図書館など学内の各部局の利用に供するも のである。それぞれの部局ではコンピュータを学内ネットワークに接続して利用するた め、ネットワークとの相互運用性及び冗長性について最大限の配慮をはらうものとする。 納入機器の規格は、国際標準、JIS等の国内規格及び業界標準に則したものであり、ネッ トワークを介して相互に資源の共有、機能の補完を行うことができるものとする。本シス テムは、１ネットワークシステム：学内ネットワークの通信を制御、監視するシステム、 ２運用支援システム：ユーザ管理や統合認証、セキュリティ対策等の機能より構成される システム、３ポータルシステム：利用する全ての学生及び教職員の入口となるWebサイト であり、本学に係る情報等の共有を可能にするシステム、４教育研究支援システム：教職 員・学生等がWebや端末を介して学内の情報を利用するシステム、５図書館システム：図 書館業務及び利用者への情報サービスが行えるシステム、の５つのサブシステムから構成 される。また、各システムにおける機器故障及び機能の動作不全に対して、速やかに対 処・復旧できる保守体制を有する。 ２ 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記１(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5) の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招 請する。 (1) 資料等の提供期限 令和8年1月7日17時00分（郵送の場合は必着のこと。） (2) 提供先 〒184－8501 東京都小金井市貫井北町４－１－１ 東京学芸大学財務・ 研究推進部経理課 経理調達第一係 電話042-329-7140 ３ 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。 (1) 交付期間 令和7年12月1日から令和8年1月7日まで。 (2) 交付場所 上記２(2)に同じ。 ４ 説明会の開催 本公表に基づく導入説明会を開催する。 (1) 開催日時 令和7年1２月1８日15時00分 (2) 開催場所 東京学芸大学第四会議室（20周年記念飯島同窓会館2階） ５ その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、 変更することがあり得る。 ６ Summary (1) Classification of the products to be procured : 14 (2) Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : The Information Processing System to the Center for Information and Communications Technology 1 Set (3) Type of the procurement : Rent (4) Basic requirements of the procurement : The Information Processing System offers services to the Center of Information for Communication Technology, the Library, and other divisions of Tokyo Gakugei University. Since the computers in each division are connected to the intranet of Tokyo Gakugei University, it is essential to secure mutual compatibility of the subsystems and sufficient levels of redundancy within the network. All the equipments supplied should meet the international standards, Japan’s domestic standards such as JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard), and other de-facto standards of the computer industry. It is also required that the system be able to handle and share multiple resources and that their functions be complemented via the network. The Information Processing System consists of the following five subsystems: 1 Network System, which controls and monitors communications within the network; 2 Operational Support System, which provides such functions as user management, integrated authentication, and security measures; 3 Portal System, a website that serves as an entrance for all students and faculty members who use the system, and enables sharing of information related to the university; 4 Campus Information System, which operates on the Web and enables students and faculties to access the campus information; 5 Library System, which will be used by library staff and users. It is essential that adequate maintenance and repair services be provided to ensure immediate recovery in case of failure or malfunction of any equipments in each system at any given time.
