免疫発光装置及び検体搬送システム
(月額賃貸借契約)

(6) 入札方法 上記１（２）の件名の他
納入に要する、一切の諸経費を含めた
額で行う。なお、落札決定に当たって
は、入札書に記載された金額に当該金
額の 10 パーセントに相当する額を加算
した金額（当該金額に 1 円未満の端数
があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨
てるものとする）をもって落札価格と
するので、入札者は、消費税及び地方
消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税
事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった
契約金額の 110 分の 100 に相当する金
額を入札書に記載すること。
２ 競争参加資格
（１）予算決算及び会計令第 70 条の規定
に該当しない者であること。ただし、
未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であ
って、契約締結のために必要な同意を
得ている者については、この限りでは
ない。
（２）予算決算及び会計令第 71 条の規定に
該当しない者であること。
（３）令和７・８・９年度の厚生労働省競
争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）におい
て、「役務の提供等」の該当する営業
品目「賃貸借」で、Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ又はＤ
の等級に格付けされ、九州・沖縄地域
の競争参加資格を有する者であるこ
と。
（４）同程度品により入札しようとする者
にあっては、当該製品の納入に関し事
前に契約担当役の了解が得られている
こと。
３ 入札書の提出場所等

日から上記 3(1)の交付場所にて交付す

４ その他
(1) 契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及
び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除。
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 封印した
入札書に本公告に示した物品又はこれ
と同等のものを納入できることを証明
する書類を添付して入札書の受領期限
までに提出しなければならず、当該書
類に関し、開札日の前日までの間にお
いて契約担当役から説明を求められた
場合は、それに応じなければならな
い。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した入札参
加に必要な資格のない者のした入札及
び入札の条件に違反した入札。
(5) 契約書作成の要否 要。
(6) 落札者の決定方法 本公告に示した
物品又はこれと同等のものを納入でき
ると契約担当役が判断した入札者であ
って、独立行政法人労働者健康安全機
構会計細則第 42 条に基づき作成された
予定価格の制限の範囲内で、最低価格
をもって有効な入札を行った入札者を
落札者とする。

in the tendering procedures: Suppl-
iers eligible for participating in
the proposed tender are those who
shall:
① Not be a person who falls under
the provisions of Article 70 of the
Budget, Settlement of Accounts and
Accounting Regulations. However,
this does not apply to minors, per-
sons under guardianship, or persons
under curatorship who have obtain-
ed the necessary consent for concl-
uding a contract.
② Not be a person who falls under
the provisions of Article 71 of the
Budget, Settlement of Accounts and
Accounting Regulations.
③The applicant must be a company t-
hat meets the Ministry of Health,
Labour and Welfare's competitive b-
idding qualification (unified qual-
ification for all ministries and a-
gencies) for fiscal years 2025, 202
6, and 2027, specifically in the c-
ategory of "rental" under the "pro-
vision of services, etc.," and be
classified as A, B, C, or D, and p-
ossesses competitive bidding quali-
fications for the Kyushu and Okina-
wa regions.
④ Other persons who possess the qu-
alifications deemed necessary by t-
he contracting officer.
