① 入札金額は、総価を記載すること。
20 ② 落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載さ
れた金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当
する額を加算した金額（当該金額に１円未
満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切
り捨てた金額とする。）をもって落札価格と
25 するので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税
に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であ
るかを問わず、見積もった契約希望金額の1
10分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載
すること。
30 ２ 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人
又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必
要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由
35 がある場合に該当する。
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3) 令和７・８・９年度における物品の製造・販
売等に係る競争契約の参加資格（以下「全省庁
40 統一資格」という。）の「物品の製造」又は「物
品の販売」で営業品目「一般・産業用機器類」
の「Ａ」、「Ｂ」、「Ｃ」又は「Ｄ」等級に格
付けされている者であること。
(4) その他独立行政法人高齢・障害・求職者雇
45 用支援機構岡山支部契約担当役支部長が別に
定める資格を有することを証明した者である

て交付する。なお、電子メール以外の方法にて
