2027 th‑  国立大学法人鹿児島大学契約事務取扱規則 第２条及び第３条の規定に該当しない者であ ること。  国の競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）又は 国立大学法人鹿児島大学の競争参加資格のい ずれかにおいて、前者は令和８年度に九州・ 沖縄地域の「役務の提供等」のＡ、Ｂ又はＣ 等級に格付けされている者を、後者は令和８ 年度に「役務の提供等」のＡ、Ｂ又はＣ等級 に格付けされている者であること。なお、前 者の当該競争参加資格については、令和８年 ３月31日付け号外政府調達第58号の官報の競 争参加者の資格に関する公示の別表に掲げる 申請受付窓口において随時受け付けており、 後者の競争参加資格については、鹿児島大学 財務部財務課総括・照査係にて随時受け付け ている。  本公告に示した物品を第三者をして貸付け ようとする者にあっては、当該物品を自ら貸 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格 のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札 書、その他入札説明書による。  契約書作成の要否 要。  落札者の決定方法 本公告に示した物品を 貸付けできると契約担当役事務局長が判断し た入札者であって、国立大学法人鹿児島大学 契約事務取扱規則第18条の規定に基づいて作 成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格
