The tool shall be able to manage both iOS and Android smartphones and shall be usable to‑ gether with Intune. ⒝ Groupware Functions ・The groupware functions provided by Microsoft 365 E5, including the portal start page, email／calendar (Exchan‑ ge), Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 applications, shall provide functions equivalent to or bet‑ ter than the current functions. ・The portal function, which serves as the start page, shall be capable of auto‑ matic updating. The portal start page shall be displayed in a browser and shall support Google Chrome and Mic‑ rosoft Edge.  ⒞ Additional Email Functions ⒠ File Sharing Function ・Additional email functions, such as email misdelivery prevention and auto‑ matic separation of email attachments, are not provided by Microsoft 365 E5. Therefore, these functions shall be im‑ plemented by integrating separate ser‑ vices, such as through SSO. ・The email misdelivery prevention func‑ tion shall include functions such as hol‑ ding emails addressed to external re‑ cipients.
