入　札　公　告 次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。 令和８年９月18日 支出負担行為担当官 大阪地方裁判所長　黒野　功久 ◎調達機関番号　003　◎所在地番号　27 １　調達内容 (1) 品目分類番号　23 (2) 購入等件名　執務用机等の購入 (3) 調達件名の特質等　入札説明書による。 (4) 納入期限　令和９年３月31日 (5) 納入場所　大阪地方裁判所等合同庁舎 〒530－8522　大阪府大阪市北区西天満二丁 目１番10号 (6) 入札方法　落札決定に当たっては、入札書 に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセン トに相当する額を加算した金額（当該金額に １円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額 を切り捨てるものとする。）をもって落札価 格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消 費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者で あるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110 分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載する こと。 ２　競争参加資格 (1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当 しない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保 佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のため に必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別 な理由がある場合に該当する。 (2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当 しない者であること。 (3) 令和07・08・09年度最高裁判所競争参加 資格（全省庁統一資格）の「物品の販売」に おいて、Ａ、Ｂ又はＣ等級に格付けされ、近 畿地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。 なお、Ｃ等級に格付けされた者は、本入札公 告と同等以上の仕様の物品の販売をした実績 を証明できる者であること。 (4) 上記２(3)の資格の申請の時期及び場所は、 全省庁統一資格申請の方法による。 (5) その他予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定 に基づき、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格 を有する者であること。 (6) 開札時において、最高裁判所から指名の対 象外となることを定める措置を受けていない こと。 (7) 入札説明書の交付を受けた者であること。 ３　入札書の提出場所等 (1) 入札書の提出場所、契約条項を示す場所、 入札説明書の交付場所及び問い合わせ先 〒530－8522　大阪府大阪市北区西天満二 丁目１番10号 大阪地方裁判所事務局経理 課調達係 土井梨那子　電話06－6316－ 2637 (2) 入札説明書の交付方法　上記３(1)におい て公告の日から交付する。 (3) 入札書の受領期限　令和８年11月９日午 後５時00分 (4) 開札の日時及び場所　令和８年11月10日 午前10時30分　大阪地方裁判所事務局経理 課222号室（本館２階） ４　その他 (1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨。 (2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金　免除。 (3) 入札の無効　本公告に示した競争参加資格 のない者のした入札及び入札に関する条件に 違反した入札は無効とする。 (4) 契約書作成の要否　要。 (5) 落札者の決定方法　予算決算及び会計令第 79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格 の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入 札を行った入札者を落札者とする。 (6) 手続における交渉の有無　無。 (7) その他　詳細は入札説明書による。 ５　Summary (1) Official in charge of expenditure of the procuring entity: KURONO Yoshihisa, the obligated officer, Chief Judge, Osaka District Court, 2-1-10 Nishitenma, Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka 530-8522, Japan (2) Classification of the procurement: 23 (3) Subject matter of the procurement contract: Buying office desks and such (4) Delivery period: March 31, 2027 (5) Delivery place: Osaka District Court, 2-1-10 Nishitenma, Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka 530-8522 (6) Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall: (A) not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article); (B) not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order; (C) have Grade A, B or C in Selling goods classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027, and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Kinki region; besides, those who have Grade C in the said classification need to be able to prove the record of experience of offering equivalent or superior service to the case of this bid notice; (D) The time and place of application for the qualification of (C) shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agency; (E) meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order; and (F) have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids (7) Time-limit for bid: 5:00 p.m., November 9, 2026 (8) Contact point for the notice: DOI Rinako, Office Service Section, Financial Division, Secretariat, Osaka District Court, 2-1-10 Nishitenma, Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka 530-8522, Japan, TEL 06-6316-2637
