If there is a fraction in the contract price, we omit the fraction. Both tax added venders which add tax, and taxexempt venders should fill in the form with the price that is 100／110 of the estimated price.  Qualification for participating in the ten‑ dering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :  Not come under article 70 of the cabi‑ net order concerning the budget, auditing and accounting.
