Furt‑ hermore, minors, Person under Con‑ servatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; Ｂ not come under Article 7 of the Regula‑ tion concerning Contract for President of Japan Institute for Health Security ; Ｃ have Grade A, B or C in sale of prod‑ ucts and offer of services etc. for par‑ ticipating in tenders by Ministry of Heal‑ th, Labour and Welfare (Single qualifica‑ tion for every ministry and agency) in Kanto‑Koshinetu Region ; Ｄ meet the qualifcation requirements Which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regu‑ lation ; ３月31日  納入場所 神戸労災病院  入札方法 落札者の決定は、総合評価落札 方式をもって行うので、提案に係る性能、機 能、技術に関する書類（以下「総合評価のた めの書類」という。）を提出すること。なお、 落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された 金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当する額 を加算した金額（当該金額に１円未満の端数 があるときは、その端数を切り捨てるものと する。）をもって落札価格とするので、入札者 は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者 であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積 もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額 を入札書に記載すること。 ２ 競争参加資格  予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し ない者であること。ただし、未成年者、被保 佐人、又は被補助人であって、契約締結のた めに必要な同意を得ている者については、こ の限りではない。  予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し  Time‑limit for tender : 11 : 00 A.M.
