Ａの等級に格付けされ、関東・甲信越地域の 競争参加資格を有するものであること。なお、 当該競争参加資格については、令和８年３月 31日付け号外政府調達第58号の官報の競争参 加者の資格に関する公示の別表に掲げる申請 受付窓口において随時受け付けている。  当該案件を確実に履行できると認められる 者であること。  資格審査申請書又は添付書類に虚偽の事実 を記載していないと認められる者であるこ と。  経営の状況又は信用度が極度に悪化してい ないと認められる者であること。  損害賠償請求を全国健康保険協会から受け ていない者であること。  全国健康保険協会から業務等に関し競争参 加資格停止措置を受けている期間中でないこ と。 ) 号    第 達 調 府 政 外 号 ( 報 官 日 曜 金 日   月  年  和 令    厚生年金保険・全国健康保険協会管掌健康
