〇第２号 １ 調達内容 Ｉ The system should cooperate with the Institutes financial management system, Science Tokyo Authentication System, vendors ordering system and a link re‑ solver service etc. Ｊ Processing of the system should been automated as much as possible including cooperation with external systems. Ｋ The system should be able to ac‑ cumulate electronically the various scien‑ tific data which the Institute owns and to retrieve them. Ｌ The system should be able to provide functions for book reservation and other services to users via WWW browsers. Ｍ The system should be able to aut‑ henticate members who belong to the In‑ stitute by using Science Tokyo Aut‑ hentication System. Ｎ The system should have wide flexibil‑ ity for improvement and extensibility in terms of technical progress and specifica‑ tion changes of external systems. Ｏ Swift and smooth migration from the present two systems that 4 libraries are using should be ensured, including the in‑ heritance of current property.
