Furt‑ ) 号    第 達 調 府 政 外 号 ( 報 官 日 曜 月 日   月  年  和 令   hermore, the system must handle a wide range of academic affairs tasks in a stan‑ dardized and efficient manner, while pro‑ viding comprehensive support to users (approximately 7,500 students and 3,000 faculty and staff members). Ｂ The procuring system must inherit aca‑ demic affair data from the current sys‑ tem and must perform to an equal or higher level than the current system. Furthermore, the procuring system must be sufficiently flexible to accommodate future functional expansion. Ｃ The system shall authenticate students, faculty, staff, and other authorized users through the institutions user authentica‑ tion infrastructure and provide various services based on user attributes. Furt‑ hermore, depending on the service, the system shall support mobile access and multilingual functionality (Japanese and English). Ｄ The maintenance and the restoration of the system must be well organized, and the system must be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, except during sc‑ heduled maintenance. The supplier must support the university staff and corre‑ spond to inquiry on operation of the sys‑ tem. Ｅ The system must be capable of data linkage with other information systems within the university.
