Ｂ The service shall be capable of operat‑ ing while maintaining the current exten‑ sion numbering plan. Ｃ The service shall support internal call functions including call hold and transfer, busy transfer, unconditional call forward‑ ing, and out‑of‑coverage call forwarding. Ｄ The service shall provide centralized directory management and extension number identification functions. Ｅ The service shall enable hospital ad‑ ministrators to configure extension num‑ bers and manage call history records. Ｆ The service shall provide device man‑ agement functions that enable remote lock and remote wipe of mobile handset terminals in the event of loss or theft. Ｇ The service shall support outbound ex‑ ternal calls through the existing PBX. Ｈ The proposal shall include all equip‑ ment and implementation work required for connection to the existing PBX and shall ensure at least forty‑six  simulta‑ neous voice communication channels. Ｉ The service shall ensure communica‑ tion coverage throughout the University Hospital and the School of Medicine buil‑ dings and shall be capable of implement‑ ing measures to improve radio signal con‑ ditions as necessary. Ｊ The service shall provide high‑quality voice communications using VoLTE technology and ensure a stable communi‑ cation environment. Ｋ The service shall provide emergency communication support capabilities, in‑ cluding the deployment of vehicle‑mount‑ ed or portable mobile radio base stations in the event of a large‑scale disaster, and shall offer priority telephone services for disaster situations. Ｌ The service provider shall have a sys‑ tem for implementation, handset distribu‑ tion, user training, and maintenance sup‑ port, and shall be capable of providing support on a 24‑hour, 365‑day basis. Ｍ The service shall provide a Mobile De‑ vice Management (MDM) service ca‑ pable of centralized management of mo‑ bile handset terminals.
