〇第 06607 号（№06607） １ 調達内容  品目分類番号 22、31  導入計画物品及び数量 臨床検査管理業務 一式  調達方法 購入等  導入予定時期 令和９年度第２・四半期  調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件  本業務を迅速かつ正確に実施するために 必要な機器、システム等を履行期限までに 病院の指定する場所に設置することが可能 であること。  現行受託者機器を継続して使用すること から、現行受託者以外は当院が指定する別 機器を設置することが可能であること。  主要機器や緊急性の高い項目を搭載する 検査機器については二重化を図り、本業務 を実施するために、検査測定を停止させな いこと。  受託者が設置する機器と病院が使用して いる「検査システム」を接続させる費用は 受託者の負担とすること。（検査システム名 La‑Vietal LS シスメックスＣＮＡ㈱）  受託者が設置する機器又は病院が設置し 継続使用する機器は受託者が保守管理し、 必要に応じて修理を行うこと。なお、保守 点検等を実施した場合は、作業報告書を病 院に提出することとする。  本業務に必要な検査試薬及び消耗品は、 病院が受託者に発注するものとし、受注後 遅滞なく病院の指定する場所に納品するこ とが可能であること。なお、発注する消耗 ) 号    第 達 調 府 政 外 号 ( 報 官 日 曜 木 日   月  年  和 令   品については、検体検査の実施に直接使用 するもののみとし、衛生材料及び事務用消 耗品は含まないものとする。  検査試薬及び医療用消耗品の病院からの 発注にあたり、円滑な管理が行えるようイ ンターネット等のシステムを導入すること が可能であること。  病院より新規採用を希望する検査試薬又 は医療用消耗品の納品依頼があった場合 は、速やかに受注が可能であること。 ２ 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記１の物 品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同の要求要 件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブ ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。  資料等の提供期限 令和８年11月２日17時 00分（郵送の場合は必着のこと。）  提出先 〒5028558 岐阜県岐阜市長良 1300７ 独立行政法人国立病院機構長良医 療センター 企画課長 久方 清文 電話 0782327755 内線1260 ３ 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給 者に対して導入説明書を交付する。  交付期間 令和８年９月17日から令和８年 11月１日まで。  交付場所 上記２に同じ。 ４ 説明会の開催 本公表に基づく導入説明会は 開催しない。 ５ その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書に よる。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更す ることがあり得る。 ６ Summary  Classification of the products to be pro‑ cured : 22, 31  Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Clinical test management Sys‑ tem 1 set  Type of the procurement : Purchase  Basic requirements of the procurement :  It is possible to place equipment, sys‑ tems required for the prompt and accu‑ rate implementation of this work in a place designated by the hospital by the time of implementation  Since the current consignee equipment is continuously used, it is possible to in‑ stall a separate device designated by the hospital in question other than the cur‑ rent consignee  Main equipment and inspection equip‑ ment with highly urgent items are dup‑ licated, and inspection measureement is not stopped  The cost of connecting the equipment established by the contractor with the Test system used by the hospital shall be the burden of the contractor. (Name of testing system : La‑Vietal LS. Sysmex CNA, Inc.)  Equipment established by the contrac‑ tor or equipment established and used continuously by the hospital shall be maintained and managed by the contrac‑ tor and repaired as necessary. In addi‑ tion, if maintenance inspections, etc. are performed, a work report shall be submit‑ ted to the hospital  The inspection reagents and co‑ nsumables required for this work shall be ordered by the hospital to the contractor and can be delivered to the location de‑ signated by the hospital without delay af‑ ter ordering.
